How are you writing today?

In the summer of 2005 I had the pleasure to be part of the Endless Mountains Writing Project. This is our local chapter of the National Writing Project. If you're a teacher, I'd highly recommend it.

Well, they asked me to design the t-shirt. The idea I had was a take-off from the familiar How-are-you-Feeling-Today poster. It makes a pretty nice poster, too, if I do say so myself.

Heck yes it is! It shall find a place in my office and serve as inspiration to get writing :-)

On a critical note, I really liked the way you captured the "look" of those writing "moods." Well done!

I know this is an old post of yours, but I must have picked up your HOw are you Writing poster at some NWP event and I STILL hand it out to my students each year to put into their portfolio and I often post it up in the classroom. I love it.
So, thank you.

Actually, I set it as our campus Writing Center's computer desktop way back when you did first post this, and it's found it's way onto a colleague's office door :-)
